I had an absolutely perfect stay at Ramada in Ha Long! The staff were amazing, unbelievably helpful, and accommodating. They spoke good English and made my stay so easy. The rooms were great, clean, and had really good air conditioning. The infinity pool on the roof offered an incredible view of the bay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

You guys made my stay perfect 10/10. The breakfast was very very good and fine for what was on offer, with good-big size portions and alternatives for vegetarians. Everyone was outstandingly accommodating and polite🙂❤

We had an absolutely perfect stay here. The staff at this place were amazing, so unbelievably helpful, nice, and accommodating. They spoke good English and made our stay so easy by helping us with anything we needed. The rooms were great and clean, with really good air conditioning. The infinity pool on the rooftop gave us an incredible view of the surroundings. The position of the hotel was also fantastic, with excellent restaurants in the district and a nice view from our suite. The two pools, indoor and rooftop, were great, as well as the gym facilities. We will definitely be back when we visit this venue again. Thank you for making our stay so great!

The beds were comfy, the room was beautifully maintained and exceptionally nice with really good aircon. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed those guys.

I stayed in a spacious Three-Bedroom Executive Suite that was really clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were of good standard, including the indoor pool that my family enjoyed. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make our stay special. They offered earlier check-in with no additional charges, and when the electricity went out, they quickly changed us to other apartments and even refunded some of our money. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and great value for money.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to local markets and has good security systems in place. The accommodation is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are polite and helpful.

The hotel does not provide any cooking facilities despite being advertised as an apartment with a kitchen.

I had a great stay at Ramada! The room was exactly as shown in the photos - clean, comfortable, and spacious. The rooftop pool offered a fantastic view of Halong Bay. The reception area and bar were also impressive. The hotel may be a bit far from the city center, but the cable car trip at Sun World provided breathtaking views of the bay area. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience in Halong Bay.

This hotel is located close to many tourist attractions and the view from our room was amazing. Their breakfast was really tasty and offered a lot of variety. We also enjoyed the staff's friendly attitude, especially during Easter weekend when they had an egg-hunting activity for kids.

The room was quite small for a family of four, and there was very little storage space. We were disappointed that the kitchenette did not have any utensils, not even a spoon or a fork.

New Year at this hotel was wonderful! the apartment-like room was stylish and comfortable, with great amenities like housekeeping and a rooftop pool. the best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, and the stunning view of the bay. We also appreciated the convenient location near the city center and the beautiful lake.

There were some aspects that we didn't like. some hotel features like the spa and rooftop restaurant were not yet open.
